1. Who we are, and your agreement with us

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Blot X LLC («ԲԼՈՏ ԻՔՍ» ՍՊԸ), a company registered in the Republic of Armenia — state registration number 999.110.1595096, TIN 02951752, registered address: Paronyan St. 28A, apt. 36, Kentron, 0015 Yerevan, Republic of Armenia (“BlotX”, “we”).

By creating an account or playing BlotX — on iOS, Android or the web — you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use BlotX.

You must be 18 or older, and legally able to enter into this agreement, to use BlotX.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which applies alongside these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number, Google or Apple account — there is no BlotX password, so your account’s security rides on the sign-in method you chose. Keep it secure.

Each sign-in identity — a phone number, a Google account, an Apple account — corresponds to one BlotX account. Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (colluding at tables, farming rewards, manipulating tournaments or leaderboards) is a violation of the fair-play rules (Section 7).

Your account is personal. It may not be sold, rented, transferred or given to anyone else, and you may not use anyone else’s account.

Keep your sign-in method accessible — it is how we know you are you. If you lose access, write to [email protected] and we will try to help after verifying your identity.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, except for activity after you have reported it compromised.

3. The game

BlotX is an online version of Belote (Bazar Blot) — a card game played for fun, competition and bragging rights.

Playing BlotX is free to start, and nothing you win in BlotX has real-world value. Games and tournaments are entered and rewarded in coins — virtual units (Section 4) that cannot be turned into money, goods or anything outside the game.

BlotX is not gambling. You cannot stake money, you cannot win money, and coins cannot be converted into money or anything of monetary value. Purchases (Section 5) buy entertainment, not a chance at winnings.

Card deals involve randomness, as in any card game; results affect only your standing inside the game.

Play for enjoyment — and if it stops being enjoyable, take a break. Coins are for entertainment, not investment.

4. Coins

Coins are BlotX’s virtual currency — units that exist only inside the game.

What coins are: a right to use features of BlotX — entering games and tournaments, and anything else the app offers for coins. Legally, coins are a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, not your property.

What coins are not: money. They have no monetary value, they are not a means of payment, and they can never be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game — not withdrawn, not cashed out, not redeemed. No exceptions.

Coins stay put. They cannot be transferred, gifted or pooled between accounts — no such mechanism exists. Buying or selling coins or accounts anywhere outside the app is prohibited: coins obtained that way can be voided, and the accounts involved fall under Section 7.

You get coins by playing — welcome and daily bonuses, tasks, achievements, level rewards, winning games and tournaments — or by purchasing coin packages (Section 5).

The economy can change. We may adjust coin prices, rewards, entry fees and payouts as the game evolves; current values are always shown in the app. No change ever makes coins redeemable for anything outside the game.

5. Purchases and refunds

Coin packages are bought through the platform you play on — Apple’s App Store or Google Play. The store processes the payment; we never see or store your card details.

Prices are shown in the store interface before you confirm, in your local currency and including applicable taxes.

Refunds are handled by the store under its own refund policy — Apple and Google each have their own process, and refund requests go to them, not to us. We do not issue refunds directly.

If a store refunds a purchase, the coins from that purchase are removed from your account.

Nothing in this section limits rights that consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Purchasing coins is always optional — BlotX is playable without spending anything.

6. Tournaments

BlotX runs tournaments with coin entry fees and virtual prizes — coins, trophies and standing. Prizes never have real-world value (Section 3).

Each tournament’s specifics — entry fee, prize structure, format and schedule — are shown in the app before you join. By entering, you accept them along with these Terms.

If we cancel a tournament, or it cannot be run, entry fees return to participants’ balances. If you drop out — by leaving, disconnecting, or being removed for violating these Terms — your entry fee is not returned.

We may adjust tournament schedules and formats between events. If a change we make materially affects an event you have already entered, you may withdraw and your entry fee is returned.

Tournaments are organized by Blot X LLC. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any BlotX tournament.

7. Fair play

BlotX is only fun if the table is honest. These are violations:

• Automation — playing through bots, scripts or any software that plays for you or advises you in real time.
• Collusion — sharing your hand or coordinating with a partner or opponent through any channel outside the game.
• Multi-account abuse — using multiple accounts to gain an advantage (Section 2).
• Exploiting bugs — using a malfunction to gain coins, wins or anything else, instead of reporting it to [email protected].
• Trading outside the game — buying or selling coins or accounts (Section 4).
• Offensive identity — usernames or avatars that are abusive, impersonating or unlawful (Section 8).

Depending on severity and repetition, we may warn you, reverse unfairly obtained coins and results, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account (Section 10). Severe violations can lead to immediate termination. Coins forfeited under this section are not compensated.

If you believe we acted in error, write to [email protected] — a person will review it.

8. Content and intellectual property

Ours. BlotX — the app, its design, artwork, sounds, name and logo — belongs to Blot X LLC. Playing gives you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app; it transfers no ownership. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its content, except where the law permits it regardless of these Terms.

Yours. Your username and avatar remain yours. By using them in BlotX you grant us only the license needed to run the game: hosting them and showing them to other players (see the Privacy Policy). They may also appear incidentally where the game itself is shown — for example, in a screenshot of a leaderboard. We claim no other rights to them.

Rules. Usernames and avatars must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. We may reset a violating username or avatar to defaults; repeat violations fall under Section 7.

Ideas. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation — that is what makes the game better for everyone.

9. Availability

BlotX is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service — maintenance, updates and outages happen.

Disconnections. If you lose connection during a game, the game goes on: a bot may take over your seat, and after prolonged inactivity your seat is treated as abandoned. Entry fees for games or tournaments interrupted by a connection problem on your side are not returned.

Updates. When older app versions become incompatible, we may require an update to keep playing.

Changes. BlotX evolves — features may be added, changed or removed. If we ever discontinue BlotX entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice in the app.

Scheduled maintenance is announced in the app when possible.

10. Termination

You can leave at any time — delete your account in the app (see the Privacy Policy). Remaining coins are forfeited without compensation; they have no monetary value.

We may suspend or terminate your account only on these grounds:

• violation of these Terms, including the fair-play rules (Section 7);
• fraud or unlawful activity, including payment fraud;
• a genuine security risk — to the service, to other players, or from a compromised account;
• where the law or a competent authority requires it;
• another serious reason, assessed reasonably — we do not block accounts arbitrarily.

Where the situation allows, we restrict or suspend before terminating, and we tell you why. Severe cases end immediately (Section 7).

On termination, access ends and remaining coins are forfeited without compensation. Your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections that by their nature survive termination — the coins’ lack of monetary value, intellectual property, liability limits, dispute rules — remain in force.

If you believe a termination was a mistake, write to [email protected] — a person will review it (Section 7).

11. Liability

BlotX is an entertainment service provided as is (Section 9). To the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost enjoyment, lost standing, lost game data or coins — arising from service interruptions, errors or changes.
• Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for coin purchases in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• These limits do not apply to damage we cause intentionally or by gross negligence — and nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

You, in turn, are responsible for damage you cause us or other players by violating these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia.

If something goes wrong, write to us first: [email protected]. We take complaints seriously and respond in writing within 30 calendar days. Most issues end there.

If we cannot resolve a dispute by negotiation, it goes to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

These Terms are published in Armenian, English and Russian; if the versions differ, the Armenian text prevails.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as BlotX evolves. The date at the top always shows the current version. For significant changes we give notice in the app before they take effect; continuing to play after that means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using BlotX and delete your account (Section 10).
