Delete your BlotX account

You can delete your account yourself, from the app or any browser — or ask us to do it for you.

In the app (or at app.blotx.am):

  1. Sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Edit Profile → Account Management.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email: write to [email protected] from a channel connected to your account, or with enough detail for us to verify it’s you, and we will process the deletion for you.

What happens:

  • Your account becomes inaccessible immediately, and you are signed out everywhere.
  • For 14 days the account is kept deactivated — sign in again to restore it if you change your mind.
  • After 14 days, deletion is permanent: your profile is anonymized, your sign-in account and uploaded avatar photos are erased, and historical game records are permanently unlinked from your identity.

What we keep: purchase and coin-transaction records, for financial-audit purposes, for up to 5 years — as described in our Privacy Policy.

Unused coins are not refunded on deletion; coins have no monetary value (see the Terms of Use).
